Role Overview

As a Local Real Estate Market Specialist, you will act as VPI’s representative in specific area where you know the most, leveraging your expertise to provide clients with accurate insights, trusted guidance, and tailored property opportunities. You will play a key role in supporting both local and international investors, while also collaborating closely with our central operations, marketing, and legal teams.

Key Responsibilities

+ Provide up-to-date property listings and market insights within your area.

+ Identify and evaluate investment opportunities with strong ROI potential.

+ Support property sales, leasing, and customer service for local and international clients.

+ Collaborate with VPI’s marketing, operations, and legal teams to ensure smooth transactions.

+ Build strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor in the local market.

Requirements

+ In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market in your area.

+ Proven experience in property sales, brokerage, or related fields.

+ Strong communication and negotiation skills.

+ Ability to work independently while aligning with VPI’s professional standards.

+ Fluency in Vietnamese; English proficiency is an advantage.
